Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation surgery, also known as breast implants or “boob job”, is a popular cosmetic procedure that aims to enhance the size and shape of the breasts. Breast implants come in a variety of shapes and sizes. This procedure is an option for those seeking to improve their breast symmetry or increase their breast size. It is performed under general anesthesia, and the recovery time is relatively short. With proper care, patients can enjoy long-lasting, natural looking results and a boost in self-confidence.

Breast Augmentation + Lift

Breast Augmentation + Lift, also known as mastopexy with implant, is a surgical procedure that combines the placement of breast implants with a breast lift. This procedure is typically performed for women who have experienced significant breast sagging due to factors such as aging, weight loss, or pregnancy.

Breast Reduction

Many factors, such as genetic factors, weight gain, and breastfeeding, can cause an enlargement of the breasts. Breast reduction surgery provides an aesthetic appearance and helps eliminate health problems such as neck, shoulder, and back pain. Along with the sagging of the breasts, problems such as itching and rashes may occur on the skin. Some patients may even experience difficulties performing daily physical activities. For this reason, breast reduction surgery is not only an aesthetic surgery, but also a necessary operation to protect the patient’s health. It is key to perform this surgery without waiting for health issues to occur and become chronic.

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure performed to change the shape of the nose. The aim of a rhinoplasty is to achieve a nose that is more harmonious with the rest of the patient’s face. With this procedure, we are able to correct asymmetries in the nasal tip, deviations in the nasal septum cartilage and improve or completely correct breathing problems if there are any. Therefore, it combines both functional and aesthetic components, and it is one of the most frequently performed plastic surgeries.

Revision Rhinoplasty

Revision rhinoplasty refers to a secondary nose surgery performed on someone who has previously undergone a rhinoplasty. Through revision rhinoplasty, we can address issues that may have arisen as a result of the previous surgery and improve the obtained results aesthetically. In revision rhinoplasty procedures, cartilage grafts are often needed, and these are harvested according to each patient’s needs.

Upper Eyelid Surgery

Upper eyelid surgery, also called upper Blepharoplasty, is the surgical procedure used to treat eyelid ptosis, which can occur as a result of aging or genetic factors. During upper eyelid surgery, excess and sagging skin, as well as excess fat tissue that causes puffiness, can be removed from the upper eyelid area. This surgery can either be performed under local or general anesthesia.

Lower + Upper Eyelid Surgery

Upper + Lower eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty, is a combined aesthetic surgical procedure performed to rejuvenate the appearance of both the lower and upper eyelids. It can address complaints such as: sagging and puffiness in the lower eyelids, under-eye bags, excess and sagging skin in the upper eyelid, which can interfere with the patient’s vision and give them an

Abdominoplasty

Significant weight loss can lead to sagging in the abdominal skin, causing an unaesthetic appearance. Abdominoplasty, also known as “Tummy-Tuck”, is preferred for individuals experiencing this issue. In women, the most common cause of abdominal sagging is pregnancy. Typically, after pregnancy, weakness in the abdominal muscles causes them to separate, and the internal organs push forward, resulting in a protruding abdomen. Constant and excessive weight fluctuations also significantly contribute to this sagging. During abdominoplasty, we tighten the weakened and separated abdominal muscles (muscle diastasis), remove the excess sagging abdominal skin and fat tissue, and achieve a tighter and more pleasing abdominal appearance. The scar left after the procedure is made as low as possible, so that it can get hidden within the patient’s underwear.

Liposuction

Liposuction removes stubborn regional fat, which the person cannot get rid of despite exercise and diet, with the help of a vacuum device and thin cannulas. There are assistive technological devices used for this purpose. The most frequently used of these devices is the Vaser device. The Vaser device helps to protect the veins while breaking the fat in the liposuction area with the help of
sound waves. As there is less bleeding with this method, the patient’s recovery process is faster. Another technology that enables the breakdown of fats, such as the Vaser device, are Laser devices. Laser devices break fat with the help of heat. The fat taken with Vaser liposuction can be used to be injected into other parts of the body. However, using the fat extracted with Laser liposuction for fat injections is incorrect, as its survival rate will be affected due to the heat.

Face and Neck Lifting

With aging and the effect of gravity, people experience loss of elasticity in the cutaneous and loss of volume in the subcutaneous tissues of the face. As a result, drooping and sagging are seen in these areas. Facelift surgery comes into play when this situation starts to bother the patient. The aim of facelift surgery is not to change the shape of the face or expression of the patient, but
to achieve a younger and livelier look. In facelift surgery, as in other aesthetic surgeries, it is essential to make a personalized plan. Within said plan, the facelift surgery can be combined with other procedures that the patient may need.

Otoplasty

Otoplasty, also known as ear pinning or cosmetic ear surgery, is a surgical procedure performed to correct protruding ears, which can have a negative psychological impact, especially on school-aged children. The prominent ear problem, also called sail ear, is the most common type of deformity in the ear and is usually caused by the looseness of the cartilage in the ear area or the
insufficiency of the ear folds. Depending on the underlying cause of the issue, the ear cartilage can be reshaped, and the posterior ear opening can be narrowed. Since the surgery is performed through an incision made behind the ear, there will be no visible scar after the healing process.

Gynecomastia

The uncontrolled growth of breast tissue in men is called gynecomastia, and its treatment is surgery. While this situation causes a loss of self-confidence in men, it also brings problems such as difficulty choosing clothes, avoiding swimming, and hunching over.

The most common cause of gynecomastia is hormonal changes due to an unhealthy diet and food additives. A sedentary lifestyle is also a triggering factor for breast growth. In addition, alcohol and
drug use, hypogonadism, aging, tumors, hyperthyroidism, kidney and liver failure, and malnutrition that may disrupt the hormonal balance are among other causes of gynecomastia.

Endoscopic Lifting / Cat eyes

Endoscopic lift is a technique of surgical face lifting using the endoscopic method, where all the manipulations are carried out through small incisions done in between the hair, and with the support of a camera system called endoscope. Due to the endoscopic access, the surgery leaves no visible scars, and its minimal invasiveness reduces injury during the intervention, significantly decreasing the recovery period.

Endoscopic lifting can be applied to the forehead and eyebrow area to rejuvenate the upper third of the face. Thus, effectively solving the problem of droopy eye corners, lifting the outer edge of the eyebrow, and eliminating deep wrinkles and folds in the temporal region.

Bichectomy

Bichectomy is a surgery performed to create a slimmer appearance in the cheeks. It gets its name from the removal of the buccal fat pad located in the cheeks, called “bichat”. The removed fat tissues do not return with weight gain, and a permanent result is obtained. The operation can be performed under local anesthesia, and due to its short duration, we can easily combine it with many other surgeries. Since it is made with incisions of about 5 mm at the inner part of the cheeks, there is no visible scar after the procedure.

Facial Fat Grafting

Facial fat grafting, also known as facial fat injection or fat transfer, is a procedure used to restore volume loss and enhance facial contours. For this method, the patient’s own fat tissue is harvested from the abdomen or thighs and injected into the facial area to treat. With Fat Grafting we can fill in deep wrinkles, soften fine lines, and improve the appearance of sunken or hollow areas such as the cheeks or under the eyes. The transferred fat not only restores any lost volume, but also promotes collagen production, contributing to a younger and more vibrant skin.

Facial fat grafting provides long-lasting results and, since the patient’s own fat is used, the risk of rejection or allergic reaction is minimal. The procedure offers a safe and quick recovery process. It achieves natural and harmonious results while preserving the patient’s unique features.

Jowl Liposuction

Jowl liposuction is a popular cosmetic procedure that targets excess fat in the jawline, resulting in a more youthful and defined facial appearance. This minimally invasive technique sculpts the lower face, providing a smoother and tighter contour. Skilled surgeons utilize advanced liposuction techniques to remove unwanted fat cells, delivering precise and natural-looking results with minimal scarring and downtime. Jowl liposuction enhances facial harmony, restores balance, and boosts self-confidence. It is a quick and effective option for individuals seeking facial rejuvenation. If you’re considering this procedure, consult with a qualified plastic surgeon to explore the potential benefits and determine if jowl liposuction is the right choice for you.

French Thread Lifting

French Thread Lifting is a facial rejuvenation technique also known as “non-surgical face lifting”. It is done by using flexible threads made of polyester as internal material and silicone as exterior material. The threads can stretch accordingly with the facial mimics, lifting the face without causing distorted facial expressions, and providing successful rejuvenation effects that can last for an average of 4-6 years.

French Threads can be used to lift and tighten the mid-face, jowls, neck, and/or eyebrows, providing a more youthful and harmonious facial appearance. It is a good alternative for suitable patients who want to obtain a lifting effect without getting scars or big incisions as in surgical lifting procedures, and it can also be combined with other aesthetic procedures. The amount of threads needed for the procedure can vary according to the needs of each patient and the amount of areas to treat.
